How to use the NBSA Benefits Scheme

Financial members of the Institutes forming the National Building & Surveying Alliance (NBSA), see Who's NBSA, are able to access the products and services listed in this publication.

To obtain the substantial savings offered you will in most cases need to either:

• Telephone the special reservation or contact numbers listed, and

• Quote the appropriate scheme numbers, or

• Identify yourself as a member of the NBSA

Who can use this scheme

This discount scheme is only available to financial members and staff of the appropriate Institutes. It is not available to non-members who may work with a member and is not transferable to non-members.

Products and Services

The NBSA and its member Institutes offer this scheme as an information service to their members but they take no responsibility for the listed products and services and will not be held liable for any defect, non availability or failure of any kind of these products and services. Members utilizing any of these do so at their own risk and cost.

Any complaints should be referred in the first instance to the product or service provider. If the member is still dissatisfied a written complaint should be lodged with the member’s Institute.

Changes to listed Benefits, Products and Services

Changes to the listed benefits and additions or deletions of products and services may occur from time to time and conditions may apply to some offers. Members should check with their Institute if they have queries on the availability of any listed items or if they require the latest changes to the scheme.
